'Riding the Bullet' is a horror novel by Stephen King. Alan Parker is an ordinary guy. He is studying at the university. He is also trying to find himself.One day a neighbor from his town calls Alan and says that his mother has been admitted to the hospital. The guy doesn't have a car. So he hitchhikes. The first driver is a strange old man. He smells of uriny and constantly touches himself in an indecent way. This man's behavior scares Alan. The guy gets out of the car. He walks through the cemetery and notices an interesting inscription on one of the gravestones of a certain George Staub: 'Well Begun, Too Soon Done'. Alan leaves the cemetery and catches a car. The driver's name is also George Staub. His head is sewn to his neck with black threads. How will this trip end for Alan?
